  • $1000 Availability & Lease Terms Units are rented on a first come, first served basis.

Availability & Lease Terms

  • Prieb Property Management offers 12-month lease terms to new residents. Any lease terms outside of 12-months will need approval from management.

Application Fees

  • Application fees are non-refundable regardless of denied application, cancelation or change of unit availability.
  • Any missing or incorrect personal identifiers (Social Security Number, Name, Date of Birth) will result in an additional application fee due to new screening needing to be done.
